Me and My fiance have been trying to have a baby for almost a year now, and we've had no luck. Does any one know if there is a kind of supplement or something that will increase your chances of getting pregnant??

you can do fertility pills but there is also a chance for you to have a multiple birth...otherwise you can try an ovulation test(tests that tell you the best time to have sex so you can concieve). but for me...when we decided to wait to have a kid....bam!!! i was pregnant. good luck!!!!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your fiance to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your fiance to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

take vitamins with folic acid from early on even when u arent pregnant this can decrese the chances of ur baby having birth defects, and try to figure out when you ovulate, buy the kits in stores or just ask ur doctor. also when u are on ur most fertile days after sex try not to get up

they have these ovualtion sticks that are like pregnancy test and tell you when you are ovulating. Also ovualtion calendars too! Good luck. Sometimes it takes a while especially if you have been on birth control.

get married - buy a house.. then concieve.. beleive me or not - it works...
kids need parents who are together they need a home not just a rental property.. they need a yard and they need parents who are finanacially well off enough that one of them can stay home until the kid is 5 or 6 at least (since the first 5-6 years are the most formative ones you dont want to dump the kid in day care)

a friend of mine used a program called ovulation calander.. you can find it online at www.ovulation-calendar.com. it works. hope thats a little help :)
