you have a right to have a partner. there are other people out there who have disabilities who have partners. if you are just looking for sex maybe that is your problem. maybe you need to look for a girlfriend.
i dont know what type of disability you have but maybe you could join some organizations for people wiht disabilities so you could meet girls who would have similar interests to yours. you would be more likely to meet someone who would be interested in dating you if you have common interests. not just because you both have disabilities. bt because you both like doing the same things.

It might help if you give a little information on how you are disabled... I would suggest the spooning position because if you can turn around even a little you can look at each other and still kiss, or he can lean over you. Again I don't know exactly what your body allows you to do, I'm assuming anything involving you on top wouldn't work? If you trust him then he could help guide you through that since you aren't sexually confident. I don't know if this would work since you ruled out missionary position, but my boyfriend sometimes has me lay on my stomach and then he lays stomach down on me. Then he can kiss your neck or you can turn your head and kiss him, etc, and he can hold on to you a lot since your body almost completely touch. Since it's your first time hopefully he will be willing to find a way to make it how you want it to be. Since you have a different situation you may be able to maneuver and find a different way that non-disabled people wouldn't consider or really know about. If you love him try to be confident enough to talk to him about this, as it will make your first time as good as it should be. Good luck!

Don't give up, if you are mature, kind, caring (maybe a little funny...that helps) there will be somebody out there for you, you just need to get out more, make more friends, and be open-minded.
