As an older woman I 'm assuming you are talking about while you are fooling around or whatever. Just like the male penis, a womans breasts have bloodflow and when she becomes aroused the blood pumps into her breasts causing them to become hard. Unlike the penis the blood flow is less and goes away much quicker. No ejaculation takes place. So, even though it's sort of the same it is different and as a woman gets older this, just like everyghing else, happens less. So, it's normal.

This usually happens due to hormonal changes, usually around the time you get your period. Some women get harmless cysts in their breasts from time to time due to changes in their cycle, etc. They are usually benign and go away on their own, but can make the breasts feel hard.

i bet you never noticed that mens nipples do the same thing. Try it, rub your nipple and see if it doesn't get harder.
