Yes me, I actually would prefer going to one then watching it on tv.

Going to baseball games was something I did with my mom, who has a passion for the Minnesota Twins. I remember how exciting it was in the '70's when Rod Carew was hitting .400. Watching a baseball game can be very zen - unlike other sports where the action occurs in spilt second spurts, in baseball, there's always something going on. Watch the catcher give signs to the pitcher, or see how the infielders play a certain hitter or the coaches communicate with the base runners. It's a game of strategy. And if that doesn't do it for ya, there's always the hotdogs! I took my daughter to her first game this year and we had a blast. So here's to 3 generations of the "girls of summer".

I play recreational baseball. I also like attending games at the Roger's Centre, formerly known as the Skydome. I don't like the overpriced vendors, so I usually bring a backpack of treats for the family! I also have a couple female friends that make a point of going to catch a game at least once a year.

Yes, I know of a girl who not only likes attending baseball games, but she brings along a scorebook, and pencils in the stats.

I would think that anytime that you look at any baseball game on television that you would see women in the stands, and not just only men-! The women who like baseball games must be out there somewhere-!!

I'm not a girl anymore; i'm in my late 30s but I've loved going to baseball games all my life and know there are tons of girls out there that love it too! Go to a game and see for yourself!

yes. my sis. she plays fantasy baseball and she thinks that baseball is the greatest game on earth. she even travels to see her favorite team play.
