No. A sexually transmitted disease is just that, sexually transmitted. If you are masterbating alone, I am sure it isn't possible. I am aware of a couple things one might get from bacteria, but these are not STDs. So don't worry until you have to. Keep it clean and have fun. depends if he has come in contact with a virus or bacteria that results in an STD....if he has never had sexual contact of anykind with a person of the opposite sex...it is extremely unlikley that he has any type of STD....please elaborate for a better answer... it may be a fungus or even a urinary tract infection.....

yeast infections in women usually come from hands, not washed well enough, their own or the hands of their male partners. or female partners, so i suppose its possible for a guy to get something just from dirty fingers. especially if you are going into porn shop booths to do your whacking off.
