It depends on what kind of web site you want to make. I know it might sound kinda cheesy...but Myspace...is completely free. And there are millions of people on the network, so it can easily be accessible by anyone. When you sign up...it gives you your own URL address...so you can type it right into the server and bring up the site. Also, through web designing techniques...you can make your site look however you want, with millions of add on ideas...all for free. If you haven't checked it out before, I recommened it 100%. It's a great place for friends...and networking...I've seen a lot of different sites!
