It was Donna Douglas. She was wrapped in bandages for the episode and everyone thought she was disfigured. When they unwrapped her as the beautiful Donna Douglas at the end they declared the operation a failure because she was "disfigured" (beautiful in our world) in the twilight zone world she was in as they all appeared with "pig noses" and she didn't fit it.

donna douglas---I think it was about a woman wrapprd in banages--and was beautiful-but the rest of the world looked like trolls
