United States, but we are a debtor nation and have sold multimillion dollar-worth of U.S. bonds to China and other foreign countries. If China decides to cash in the bonds, we'd be f-cked royally.

it depends in what form are you asking about wealth as far as having no worries and partying and rich in spirit that would be Brazil and as far as gold and net worth it would be Africa even though they are walking around starving in some places they have mad gold that is worth lots but besides gold any Arabic country b/c of the oil which is actually traded for money all that gold only supplies a few places oil everybody uses
