If you mean you have a cold- then drink some warm liquids. Mint tea helps clear congestion, sooths your thoat, helps reduce fever, relieves stomache aches, helps with headaches, helps you have a restful sleep, helps relieve minor aches in pains in your neck and chest area, and tastes great.

If you mean you actually are cold- get some blankets.

If you have a cold, there is a remedy that isn't cold medicine that was recommended to me by a friend.

There are Apple Cider Vinegar pills that are advertised to aid in dieting. If you take one of those with a small shotglass of lemon juice, it changes your body's pH so much that the cold cannot survive. It works for her everytime. It can often prevent an oncoming cold, too.

If you mean that you have the chills, then you could get into a cool bath (As horribly uncomfortable as it sounds) but it will bring your temperature down. If it doesn't, sometimes the only thing that will bring it down is an Advil (or Tylenol) but I think Advil works better. (and it's OK to take if you don't over-do it) If you mean you have a cold (sniffles, coughing, etc..) you could try chamomile tea w/honey, honey tea or Warm Apple Cider.
I believe the best remedy to make you feel better if you could bring yourself to taking an Advil.. is to "Take 1 Advil, get all comfy in your p.j.'s and drink one of the above." It will calm you and make you feel much better and in turn you can fall asleep comfortably and hopefully by morning, you will be like new again.

Put on a sweater. Increase your circulation naturally. Eat some hot salsa, or some hot sauce. Get regular exercise, drink a lot of water. Make sure to work out your heart. There is a huge amount of information on herbs and vitamins available.
Just take the best care of yourself as possible. think warm thoughts.

I know one of the symptoms of anemia is a sensitivity to cold. You could take iron pills for that to build up your red blood cells. It could also mean a thyroid disorder. You should have blood work done..

Here is one that works for me. ( First of all are you old enough to drink?) Take a glass and fill it up with at least 3/4 of coca-cola (coke) and then fill the rest of the glass up with Rum. Coke and Rum works best for me.
