After pregnancy girls are left with stretch marks on their stomach correct ? Also they are left with the extra fat the stomach had while they were pregnant, right ?

If so do those two things happen to every girl after pregnancy ?

Is it avoidable ? If yes, how so ?

Not everyone gets stretch marks. It depends on your particular type of skin (genetics) and your weight gain.

Rubbing cocoa butter on your belly is a popular tactic to prevent stretch marks. However, cocoa butter cannot prevent them, because stretch marks are not on the surface of the skin, but form in a deeper layer of skin.

As for extra fat, most women are indeed left with extra fat, which they can then get rid of through diet and exercise.
By eating right during pregnancy, a woman can avoid gaining excess weight.

However, it is important not to diet during pregnancy. It is better to be a few pounds over the ideal weight and heave a healthy baby, than to be way below the ideal weight and have an unhealthy baby.

No. Make sure your rub cocoa butter with vitamin E on your stomach throughout your pregnancy. Not just sometimes. I've seen it work. I thought my friend was just wasting her time. I was wrong!! Wish I would have known. :( Those stretch marks don't appear after your pregnancy, you can see them developing as you grow bigger. It has nothing to do with extra fat. I have a very thin friend with plenty of stretch marks on her stomach.

No, all women don't. Alot of women rub cocoa butter on their stomachs, I just used body lotion and didn't get any stretch marks. The extra fat goes back into place. Exercise would help with that.

no.
ask your mom if you can see her stomach, theres a good chance yours will look like hers. hereditary is why i say that.
if you eat healthy and not gain too much weight then you wont get stretch marks because you wont be stretching your stomach. and right after you have your baby use cocoa oil shea butter to minimize scaring.

No.

I think a lot of it is genetics, so ask your mom.

Also, a big part of it is how much weight you gain. Depending on your figure, most women should gain around 25-35 pounds. But most of us gain a lot more!

So don't use pregnancy as an excuse to eat lots of junk food.
