I am a boy in the game and I want to marry maria but how do you do that? I already have all the ten hearts from her and her father theodore 9 but what's next? I've herad i have to get a level 3 house but how do you get it? i tried to upgrade it but it says I can't. Do I have to give hearts to woody the carpenter too so that i can get a level 3 house?

you have to have a certain amount of lumber which you can buy from him an enough money then you can buy a level 2 house then do the same for a level three an you also have to have a blue feather or somethin but i havent got that far. im triing to marry alex an only have 2 hearts so maybe you can help me by giving tips to get more hearts =)
