Do you have a lot on your mind? I can never sleep if my mind is reeling. Read a book that is kind of boring, it may help. Or if all else fails, watch the weather channel. haha lol

i think that you can't sleep cuz you're sitting on yahoo answers instead of doing the normal things people do when they go to sleep: shutting off the computer, getting into bed, and closing your eyes.

you probably keep thinking about something or even someone and that person just gets you so excited that you feel like running all over the city and you cant sleep you just lay there and think about the next time youll see them and the next time youll hear their voice and the next time theyll touch you and it drives you crazy because you cant have her!!!!.....or maybe thats just me....oh well...
