Don't forget to mention that tax receipts also went up under Republicans, even after those evil tax cuts for the rich (as you so often like to say, because you don't have a clue). Learn about tax policy and place blame on Congress where it is due.

The first George Bush, but the last two presidents to actually balance the Federal Budget, were Lyndon Johnson and Bill Clinton. Wow, two "tax and spend" Democrats. Who would have thunk it eh?
