on your desktop right click on the Internet Explorer Icon, select properties. In the general tab right side bottom of the window there is an Icon clear History. Just click on that & the complete history is removed. you can also set the number of days you want to keep the history.

Go to the tools option.
----Internet Options
---------then click on "Clear History"
This will clear your history of sites visited. You may also want to "delete cookies" also. It's a button on that same page under Internet Options.

its is a good question and it is the problem of every teenager who visit some sites in their own pc and had a fear that their parents may see this and they will scold them. in the windows internet explorer in the last tool bar you have a star mark if you klick it then you will have options. there is history option if you klick it it display some more options by site visited today if you klick on it then you will have sites wisted today then klick on the site that you want to delet a right klick.

the easiest way is
click tools->internet options->clear history button
or else for more advanced way
go to
C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\History
you will see the list of all websites you have visited on all dates
from there you can delete them individually.

over there u can find delete cookies option too...
so njoy all sites...no need to fear..be sure u have antispy & antivirus bcoz few restricted site offer viruses,..be careful
