Try to make friends with someone in the class you have right before lunch. Or look for someone else sitting alone. It always takes a few days to find a group of friends when you start a new school. Good luck at your new school!

If you have any friends from your old school then sit with them. If not, them find someone that you sort of know from your old school and try to talk to them. Chances are that they feel the same way that you do. Don't worry to much about it if you don't find anyone. Talk to the people that sit around you in your classes. You will make friends soon. Starting in a new school is tough but you can get through it and next year you won't be new anymore. good luck =)

just walk up to a group of people who look friendly and interesting and ask if you can join them. Also, see if you can maybe hang with someone who used to go to your old school and you guys can meet new people together. just don't be a poser and be yourself, and you'll have plenty of friends.

just a note: good grammar/spelling is always a plus. if you talk the same way you type, don't count on being understood by a lot of people ;-)

Either sit by yourself until someone invites you to sit with them or ask someone if you can sit with them.

There is even a third choice....find a shady tree to sit under and stay there until someone comes to you.
