We had trouble conceiving... but we finally did. The first steps were to have sex on the even days of the month... then the next month we moved to odd. I then took my tempature and when it spiked, we had to have sex. The next step was to keep my feet elevated after sex for 30 minutes. Then I took cough syrup... thats right cough syrup to rid my body of excess mucus. Then I had gas in my tubes to make sure they were open. Then I finally took fertility pills... Clomid. This worked and I had a healthy baby girl. Two and a half years later I conceived again and had another beautiful baby girl. All the time I had faith in God and knew that no matter what.. he knew what was best and he knows when you are ready. I honestly think this made me appreciate my girls so much more!

Hi! HAVE SEX..... Seriously, I have seen this work. Believe it or not. Sperm get confused and get turned around. The best way to kept them headed the right way, is, don't laugh, promise? Stay in bed, lay on your back with your feet up in the air against the wall for 30 minutes or a little longer.. More of the little confused spermies can go in the right direction. This worked 2 times for me and 4 times for my son. If your first child is a girl name her Linda!!!

Lisa, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

ha ha lots of sex!!!...although that helps..for me and my husband the moment we decided to wait to have a kid i was pregnant. and it seems to be that for a lot of people. the more you want it the more it wont happen...its a psychological(spelling?) thing....or so it seems. you could also try to get one of those ovulation test things that help you plan out when the best time for you is to try and concieve a baby. good luck hun!!!!!
