This is an undending arguement. This can help. I believe in Pro Life. So with that I say this...ALL WOMEN WHO HAVE AN ABORTION should have all their reproductive organs permantly removed, save her the trouble of another possible dejavu AND...she isn't worthy of being a mother later in life. I think that is seriously contradicting. Abort a baby earlier in life and later when "ready" she has a baby. WTF?? For the life of that poor child who didn't get to choose it's parents, please keep your legs closed, be responsible, if you were it wouldn't have to come to that choice.

I didn't include rape or insest and it didn't apply to this. I still don't believe abortion is necessary. It isn't the babies fault, there is adoption & plenty of people who can't have kids, they would love that child regardless, it's still innocent life. Can you imagine how it would be if babies got to choose who they came out of? Thats a slap in the face.

I believe in God and Jesus and I agree with you on keeping their knees together, but I also cannot in good faith inflct my will upon people.

What, by the way, are your feelings on murderers? Especially one who murders someone in your own family. You believe in keeping them alive. You willing to pay to keep them alive.

For some strange reason there are a LOT of Christians who believe in Abortion 18 - 50 years after the fact and it's called the Death Penalty and it's the Liberal Atheists who abolish it and the George Bushes who bring it back, the Texas Methodist that he is!

The Liberals who take religion out of school also take the Electric Chair out of Prisons, while the Bible Belt Republicans put it back!

Isn't that a little strange!

The abortion issue has really become an outrageous thing. IM pro choice but i do believe after the first trimester, its murder and im not liberal (just look at my q and a history on yahoo answers) secondly, u pro-lifers say there should be a law against it NO, its a woman's right to choose, and even if there's a law, women will find other ways of doing it illegally, like going to other countries and sh#t im not saying women can go around having abortions, but think of this example, a 16 year old girl who's pregnant (could have been possibly raped) and is extremely poor, no education, un supportive parents, WHAT IS SHE GOING TO DO!!!!! she cant support a baby, and the poor baby will have even a more messed up life IM SAYING THAT ABORTION SHOULD BE THE LAST RESORT so in some situations it is needed so u cant just get rid of the choice, thats crazy

Choice is a wonderful thing and being able to choose what is best for YOU is what makes this country what it is...great. Now without getting into the medical arguments about when life actually begins, NO ONE on this planet who walks on two legs has the right to judge when someone is not "worthy" of being a mother or any thing else for that matter. To condemn a woman who has had an abortion to sterilization because she made a choice to abort at a time when her reasons are valid to her is not the appropriate thing to do. AND, why is it that society ALWAYS leaves birth control to the woman? A Woman beating up on Women...the ultimate slap in the face. Now, I would like you to consider these two ideas: 1) ALL Pro-Life folks should take themselves down to an adoption agency and grab all of the children who have been abandoned by women who did not want them. Put your time, nurturing, and money where your mouth is. 2) The Pro-Life stance you advocate should extend to the men and women on death row too. If you are "Pro-Life" shouldn't you protest the taking of ANY life no matter what the circumstance. After all, A LIFE IS A LIFE no matter what that life turns into.

This isn't a question, and yet this is Yahoo Answers, and you must have hit the ask button. You should follow that with a question. Also, thank God that your say means nothing. Your own mother had an abortion before you, but can't talk about it with you because of your attitude. Get off your high horse, quit being a holier than thou littleshit, and next time ask a question. Here ladies and gentleman is a great reminder of why we have abortions, to keep ignorant people like this person from being born. It's amazing how easy it is to judge when you have never been in that persons position. What she is saying folks, is that if a young girl, say 14 years old, is raped as a youth, and is impregnated, she either has to carry the seed of her attacker all the way to it's birth, and then nurture the child it's entire life, or be sterilized so she can no longer have children. What a great set of choices. And another reason why people should stand up against Religions that teach this, or Governments who enact this sort of Man-made torture. Heres to hoping you, or your daughter someday has to deal with these issues. And when you, or your daughter to be gets knocked up by a brown or black person, I can't wait to see you run to get in line at the abortion clinic. You self righteous ingnorant child.

Guess what... i will never abort my baby if unplanned, unmarried, raped or whatever...yet I am pro-choice.

Because I have the right to decide to keep my baby. And that's my choice. I think women that feel the need to abort have the right to choose as well. After all the baby IS a part of their body.

You can't tell people to keep their legs closed and expect them to listen. It's a neverending issue because it's a choice made by the individual and NOT by somebody stranger who has no idea what the girl is going through.

It's never ending because their is an element spritual belief going on there as well.

I believe that every woman has a choice to make in her own life. I will i ever abort a child nor do i really encourage anyone else to do anything like it. There's always a better option out there, another road you can take. Just think of all the childless families out there that would do anything to raise the baby you just let go. I believe in adoption. But, i strongly suggest that each woman make her own decision, and it is not our place to judge. This is why i thank the lord everyday that I'm in no position to be deeming this sort of thing right or wrong.

Pro choice, the way I look at it is that if the women is a heroine addict and wants to abort a child I say okay. I would not want a baby to grow up in that kind of environment. I would love to be able to say I'm pro life, but in reality there are situations which an abortion would be a better idea than having a child, especially when it would be worse if the child were subjected to punishment they never deserved.

Some people get pregnant as a result of rape or incest. Maybe you should get a clue before saying women should "keep their legs together"...men have a responsibility too. Why not be more concerned about the women who GIVE BIRTH to a baby they don't want then the baby is neglected, abused, or murdered.

Pro-life?
Let me guess, your pro-death penalty, and pro-war... Yeah real pro-life....
1. Your not pro-life, your anti-abortion...
2. What about rape? What about when a child is born with a disease that would cause it to die, and perhaps kill the mother, so it needs to be aborted...
3. Do you really think outlawing abortions would stop them? Yeah because no one's smoked any weed since they outlawed that...
4. While your on here complaining about abortions, how many orphans have you adopted?
Once you run your own orphanage, you can talk...

if a person is willing to deal with the consequences of their actions, they have absolutely every right to do whatever they want. for god's sake IT'S MY UTERUS, NOT YOURS! I don't even know you; what right do you have to tell me what i should and shouldn't do with my body and baby? That is STRICTLY a decision between the baby's father and myself, and NOBODY else.

if you're truly pro-life, you'd better start working toward abolishing the death penalty, start going to anti-war protests, and stop eating meat too.
