Since the two x coordinates are the same, the slope is undefined.
When the slope is undefined, there is no slope. You have a vertical line. When the slope is zero, you have a horizonal line.

Therefore:

For all real numbers y:

x = -6

It should also be noted that it fails the vertical line test. Not a function.
