Does Pre paid T-mobile to Contract T-mobile is unlimited?

Hi guys.
Resently, My parents want to buy T-mobile Family plan for $59.99, which include( unlimited night+weekend ; mobile to mobile unlimited and so on). My question is if one of my friend has T- mobile with prepaid, and we talk together on the R-mobile cell phone, is it going to be unlimited?

No if you have a pre pay you pay per minute...pretty expensive. not sure if you have t mobile and his is pre pay if you would have to pay. I know he would. So it wouldn't cost you on your end but it would on his.
