Oh definitely mad. People get mad at each other all the time, sometimes over the most stupid things. Disappointment is totally different. When someone is disappointed in you, it's like they think less of you, your character is not what they thought. People can get mad at me, i apologize, then its over. If they said they are disappointed, well, that leaves me feeling much more empty. I would feel that I would have to earn their respect back.

I think the word mad and disapointed are both similar emotions and I think if My mother or best friend found out something maybe I 'd choose
Mad - reason When your mad you complain and curse and stomp your feet or end up chasing you around the house yelling or even shutting you out of there world
disapointed- Reason I think you be walking on broken glass just for a while not as bad as when your mad your motions can triger the wrong message and then she or he may not look at you but everyone will be gossiping about how bad you were

MAD because if someone is DISAPPOINTED it means you let them down some how and they will not have as much faith in you as they did before. Being angry is easy to get over as there are many reasons for a person to be mad that are unimportant. Being disappointed usually only involves important things.

I would rather have them mad at me, because it is easier for them to get over it.
Knowing someone is disappointed at me means that they thought so highly of me that it would hurt me more to know I let them down. And that is worse than someone being mad.

I would rather they be mad. Being mad will pass with time, everyone gets mad about something. Disapointment lingers for a very long time and so does the way they look at you. They obviously had expectations and now they feel differently.

I would rather have someone mad at me. I find it's easier to get over being angry but disappointment is another level especially if it's your parents.

I would prefer them to be ''mad'' at me rather than ''dissapointed'' because being mad with someone is obviously a feeling of anger over something you have done, dissapointment is you knowing you shouldnt have done something and now you need to deal with the consequences.

Depends what you did wrong. They could be mad at you because you disappointed them.
