If its a Dialup, you can't. If you have DSL, then use a router to hook up two computers

Sounds like you are using a dialup. I started out with this and had two computers in the house.

Each will need to be be connected to the phone line. In fact, one of my PCs is upstairs and a good distance from the phone jack. There is a looooooong wire from PC to jack.

On mine, the cord is connected to the phone on one end and into the surge protector on the other.

The program will have to be installed on both PCs. Most providers allow several addresses so each child can have his/her own address and password.

I Would suggest, connect these two systems by Network cable, i,e., by RJ 45, by having NIC card on both.
Then, Install proxy on machine which dials the net(Through ur phone line), U can get one free proxy software, I prefer Analog proxy, at analogx.com. Configure ur second machine to use first machine to access net.
