Hi i was wondering if you could help my improve my balance of my handstand, because i could only be about to do a handstand for like....4 seconds and fall down lol. i need a lot of tips and helpful suggestions.

a great way to improve your handstands are leaning against a wall doing them. it improves your balence, shoulder muscles, and gets you used to the feel more. another thing is to have a friend or family member hold your legs in a handstand. i takes practice to keep your balence, but if you do it enough you'll get it.

when your up dont stick your head out keep it tucked in, it really helps you stay up!
