Figure out the main problem. Then get to the bottom line of why the problem has occured. from there, the hard part is to be honest and upfront about issues causing the problems, and discuss all of these stages with your mate. once the issues have been stated come to a compromise about them that you both can agree on. no matter what it is, there is always at least some fault on both parties, but do not attempt to blame your partner, just compromise. promise to stick to it, and allow your self to forgive, let go and move on. Do not be afraid to start fresh and totally give your self over to the person. You will not be able to have a successful relationship with out giving your all to it.

Both parties need to sit down and lay ALL of your cards on the table. And while the two of you are sitting down, while one is talking about any and all issues that caused the strain, the other person needs to listen actively and imagine yourself in the other person's position. I stress that this must be done by BOTH parties. If any good comes from this, then in order to prevent any strain in the future both parties must have open lines of communication. Good luck.

I gather somthing has happened to get it that way. Try forgiveness. Try to start over from scratch, go out on a date,dinner or a movie,let the other know that you really want the relationship to work.You also can try marriage councelling.

Relationship like marriage, boyfriend/girlfriend? If so try counseling. Me and my husband went one time and it helped quite a bit.
