Divide 500 Soles de Oro amount between 1 000 000 000 = 0.0000005 Nuevos soles

By Law, from January of 1991 the "Nuevos soles" is the Peruvian currency.
Previous monetary units ("Intis" and "Soles de Oro") have been retired of circulation and they do not have legal tender.

nothing, the mentioned currency(soles de oro) is not the actual currency in Peru. However in terms of wondering the value, it would be .5 cents

1 nuevo sol = 1,000,000 intis = 1,000,000,000 soles de oro
0,0000005 nuevos soles = 0,5 intis = 500 soles de oro

1 US$ = 3.25 nuevos soles

It has no practical value, but you can sell it for 5 nuevos soles, if it's not overused.
