You don't get a period.
Your breasts grow and become tender.
Your stomech grows.
Your hair becomes thicker and fuller.
Your nails become stronger and harder.
Your hands, feet, and legs swell (more towards the end).
Your back hurts (again, more towards the end).
You start to leak from just about everywhere it seams (at the end).
Are these the kind of changes you wanted to know about?

bloating, expanding belly, some women have swollen joints, ankles etc. the biggest change you should notice is the fact that your hips move out. you can literally feel them move (and painful) so to keep all icky things down, eat right, take vitamins and exercise as you are allowed to

Apparently some of the people who replied above aren't aware that "with child" means pregnant!

depending on what trimester you are in. the first one can be marked by nausea. The longest flu you ever had. you can be extra tired. you can become bloated, gaining weight where the baby is growing and having to pee more often than you ever imagined. some experience extra weight in hands and feet and ankles.

your buttocks becomes large... it expands a little. your hips go wide especially when your baby is getting big... you feel like vomiting whenever you smell something you don't want to. you gain weight and become fat - you starve for food.

your boobs get bigger, so you may get stretch marks there. of course your waistline gets waaaaay bigger, more stretch marks. even your butt and legs will get bigger. more stretch marks. actually you may not get stretch marks at all, depends on the elasticity of your skin. put lots of lotion on.
