telivision and the media.

it is the sickness and disease that permeates society

it is the lies, the falsity, the shallowness that pervades us like a drug

it is the confusion, the misdirection, the lamp that sheep follow

it is Satan incarnate

it is the deceiver that steals our young and the weak of mind

it is the most horrible invention of mass destruction ever conceived of by man

it keeps our eyes closed, our ears shut, and our mind shut down

Honestly, the media, TV, music, none of that has influenced why I think the whole country is going to hell with gasoline drawers on. It's the people themselves. Parents don't discipline and train their children right, these kids have no daddies, the mamas are sorry, lazy, self indulgent and too damn scared to take a stand for what's right and raising their children right. No one goes to church anymore and if they do, it's for the wrong reasons. There is a lack of basic common courtesy, chivalry, compassion, and empathy and all that starts at home with the parents. If you don't give your children the necessary tools to be a normal and functioning member of society, the result is what we are living today.

yahoo answers has definitely influenced me. First, there are a lot of good folks, like yourself, asking honest, decent questions; then there are others who seem like they're either drinking, high, or both...such ridiculous questions!!! Therefor I conclude: humanity's moral character is not corporate...it's an individual thing.

Books and internet forums.
Those 2 sources are the most unscrutinised and raw evidence from which I can draw my own conclusions from against my personal experiences.

life experience. i've dealt with a lot of misanthropes and people who should never be called humane. but on the flip side, i've found that people with morals, although few in number, DO exist... you don't know until you've seen both sides firsthand.
