Take oil of oregano.and .pure unsweetened cranberry juice...both can be found at a health food store...If the infection is advanced...burning, pain. you have no choice buy to go to the DR who will take a urine test to confirm and in the meantime give you Cipro to settle the walls of the bladder and release the infection

You need to see a doctor! There's NO other way of getting rid of it except with really, really strong antibiotics that you can't get straight off the pharmacy counter. Make sure you finish the whole batch of antibiotics that the doctor prescribes you and drink lots of water every day to flush out the bacteria. Don't worry too much about others judging you. Bladder infection is a really common problem. It's as easy as treating a common flu. You'll spend just 5 minutes consultation with the doctor. Don't worry!

To prevent further bladder infection from happening, you could try drinking cranberry juice often. But please don't think that the cranberry juice is a cure for you at this moment!

If it's really mild, you might be able to flush your system by drinking tons of cranberry juice and water. You'll want cranberry juice with as little sugar as you can find. The cranberry pills may actually be a better way to go. Drinking tons of water is very important too.
Now, if it's a really bad bladder infection, like the pee is really dark or red or your lower back hurts, you really should see a doctor ASAP and just take the antibiotics. You don't want a kidney infection. That would be very bad.

The best thing to do is to see your doctor, without a proper diagnosis, you do not know if it is truly a bladder infection, as you could also be suffering from a yeast infection.

If a bladder infection goes untreated, it could lead to a kidney infection. A kidney infection is a much more serious problem that could lead to a visit to the emergency room.

While waiting to see your doctor, drinking cranberry juice is a way to supplement the medication your doctor will be able to give you.

Feel better soon!

There are cranberry supplements or vitamins you can purchase at a store. Those work good but also drinking Cranberry juice with lots and lots of water. It's basically a flush out, however if it is caused from a sexual encounter by accidently going from one area to the next the only way to rid of that is antibiotics. hope it helps

That's a hard one. There are a few non-doctor cures, such as cranberry juice. I suggest lots of water and go to your local Whole Foods or other natural shop and look for some of the homeopathic UTI drops.

Anti-Biotics are powerful medicines and should ONLY be taken under a doctors supervision. You have to know which anti-biotic to take for a specific problem. Self-Medicating is VERY Dangerous and can lead to weakened immune system and getting a supergerm that is Resistant to all anti-biotics, and you die! Don't do it yourself, you are worth the expense of seeing a doctor. Don't take a chance.
