If she is a kid and you are too, you need to urge her to tell her parents or other trusted adult (school counselor, etc.) as soon as possible. She needs to do this to make sure her baby has the best possible care prior to birth and following the birth. Other than this, there is nothing more you can do. If she decides to keep this to herself, she will eventually start to show and everyone will certainly know then.

Be there for her. She'll probably need a good friend to lean on. Pregnancy is very trying and doing whatever you can to support her will make it a better experience. Best wishes to you and to her.

I Don't know but this I do know: What you don't do is slash your wrists, vomit and go blind.
On the serious side...if she is still preggers by the end of the week ask her if she needs money for good food. The kid deserves a chance and good nutricion is essential.
