You hear the Republican's say that alot but why? How do you know what Gore or Kerry would have done surrounded by the best and the brightest. As we saw with Bush, the President often doesn't make the decisions, his people does, he just choose the best one out of a few. How do people know how these other two men would have done? Why do you think Bush is the lesser of the two evils?

I don't think he's the lesser of two evils....the man is evil incarnate hiding behind the bible and the spectre of 9/11 while letting thousands of Americans die to satisfy his vanity. He is probably the most evil, most vile, most despicable person to ever hold the office of president.

Bush is the lesser evil because he actually has answers to America's problems. The Democrats have no answers they just claim that Bush is dumb and that he lied about the war. If Bush is so dumb how did he beat the Democrats twice? Democrats give us no concrete answers on how they would solve any problems. What was is the Democratic plan for saving medicare and social security? What is the Democrats plan for lowering gas prices? What is the democrats plan for Iraq and the war on terror? What is the Democrats plan for improving public schools? These questions cannot be answered because the democrats have no plans. The democrats stand for maintaining the status quo. George Bush and the Republicans stand for positive change. That is why Bush is the lesser evil.

Bush was not the lesser of two evils. A president comes with what is known as a cabinet, or group of advisors. They're like the angels/devils on the president's shoulders. Bush, being a big oil tycoon, has oil thirsty folks advising him of his moves.

You can never know how little of what the candidate promises will remain once in office. However, what Gore and Kerry *suggested* would be worse for the US. Would they actually have been worse? No way to know. However I certianly wouldn't risk it at this point.
