Well before you do any more biotech courses, try an English course! Hopefully, you wouldn't write an employment application like that.
Why don't you contact the Australian university you plan to attend and ask about campus placement, and also about job prospects.

you pay more attention to English as you require to give an ielts exam for entry in Australian university
ms biotechnology in Australia not an easy job as it is an expensive courses and need lot of hard work
well you do get jobs but for that you should score good %and international student find some problem as Australian student are given first preference
