Land that can be used as a personal camp. where an outhouse and a hand pump can be used.

Good luck getting land for $500 and acre. If you do it will be crappy land filled with rocks. I live in one of the cheapest parts of the country and most of the land I have see goes for at least $1000 an acre.

You cant get land that cheap in a septic system flood zone.
