Notre Dame why there offense sucks when charlie came in they all thought they were good because charlie wies went to super bowl with patriots and he came from NFL

I assume you mean in football. In the NFL it is probobly Washington. As you know they played HORRIBLY in the preseason, but before the preseason games started, many were picking them to win the NFC East. In college, it is probobly Notre Dame. I am an Irish fan, but I will admit that they are getting too much credit this year after not beating any ranked teams last year and having a record-setting bad defense that is not much improved this year.
