Well, it would depend on your definition of Hot.
Some men and women look good well into their 40s, 50s, and even 60s. Look at Meridith from Millionare Demi Moore and Cheryl Tiggs.
And both Bruce Willis and Mike Douglas stayed hot well into their 40s and on.
But while some are hot as teenagers and young 20s, they go to trash real fast. I would say Britney Spears will never return to hot.
So it just depends.
On the average people start losing their looks in their mid 30s. The metabolism starts slowing down, hair starts to thin, a few extra pounds start creeping on, muscle tone usually starts to weaken. Certainly not true for everyone, but in general.

"Hot" moves with you up the numeric scale. But there is a point where personal styles should change and evolve. A 'mature' woman doesn't have to dress like a "granny" but also shouldn't dress like a teenager...
I recently saw a 60+ yr old man in a golf hat, black t-shirt with the sleeves rolled up and really baggy jeans...it was ridiculous!!

Hottness doesnt depend on age as much as it depends on personality and attitude.For example: Goldie Hawn, Bo Derrick, Kevin Bacon, Kurt Russell, Sean Connery, Paul Newman, the list is endless and they are all well over 30!

There are people that i find hot that are in their 50s. It all depends on what your definition of hot is. To me there is a difference between hot, cute, beautiful, sexy and pretty. They all have their own meaning.

Women -- age 45. Sorry ladies, but Nature does not want men to waste their fluids on post-menopausal women.
Men -- as long as they can be good providers, women will be attracted.

i don't think there is a certain age as a lot of people look good a lot older than you could actually say and some well, some age faster.

Probably around 30, but just becuase someones not "hot" anymore doesn't mean they can't be beautiful...
