I agree with Lonnie. It's both! While I don't think either is poised to win a title, Tennessee will rebound handsomely from last year's disappointment and Cal will win at least 7 games with a little tweaking of their offense, so I wouldn't write off Cal just yet.

Tennessee was underrated. I still think Cal will finish second in the Pac 10 and play in the Fiesta Bowl.

Cal is over rated. Tennessee didn't deserve to be ranked coming into the season considering last year's issues. But now they sure as heck should be ranked. Go Vols!

Yes to both, but Tennessee shouldn't be in the top 10.

Surprise, surprise. Another overhyped West Coast PAC-10 team comes out east, plays a team with a real defense and a real running game and gets spanked. How many years in a row do West Coast schools have to get embarrassed before voters stop putting teams in the top 10 that don't deserve to be there.

Cal was WAY over-rated. Vols fans need to settle down. Rocky Top will come crumbling down soon.

Cal is overrated. When you have quaterbacks and coaching that couldn't win in Pop Warner you are in trouble.
