Yep, this is a corrupt World. Lot's of good people here. Be aware, be fair, be ready to kick butt to protect your kids. Watch your back, and just try to enjoy Planet Earth and all the critters while it's still here. I raised my two kids the same, and they are awesome, but don't play door-matt for anyone. Life is fun, my motto. Enjoy your kids, and don't forget, War has always been an excuse for man to lust for blood.

This is a hard, but relevant question.
I believe in strong family ties with strict honesty at the core.
I have a wife and two daughters, I want them to be safe.
I am a Christian man, I go to church every Sunday.
Some people might think that because those are my habits on Sunday that I will not fight for my family.
I love peace. I also love and trust God.
I hate war.
I have been in two branches of the United States Military.
In time of war.
The Idea is I have never attacked anyone unprovoked in my life.
If I am attacked I may be hurt or killed, but to protect myself or my family, if I were to get the upper hand, I would not hesitate to turn my attacker or attackers into something unrecognizable.
Hard question, but most people kill to stay alive.
There are some evil people in the world, influenced by some evil forces. I must be honest with you and say, I Rely totally on God to show me the next page in the worlds history.
I wish you and your children peace and blessings.
I also ask you to believe that God will sort it all out for the good.

In the "Course in Miracles", Jesus says: "Try not to change the world, but rather change your mind about the world". What he means is, that if you look for all the bad things in the world, that is what you will find. It is best if you just look for the good things in your community and not worry about everything that goes on in the world. After all, what difference does it really make when you worry about every person in the News that was hurt or died? Or every time you hear about corruption or some kind of evil deed? Whatever happens, happens, whether you worry about it or not. So just take care of your kids, and be the best possible person you can be. Don't even watch the news. The world will still be there, whether you know about it or not. Remember, "don't worry, be happy"

People do kill in the name of their religions, but their reasons for wars is usually economic. People squabble over land or resources and use religion as a justification for why they are more entitled to what they seek than the other side.
The problem is that religion isn't a good justification because it is unprovable. There is no way to prove that Christianity is any more valid than Islam or Hinduism because religious belief is based on faith and hope, not evidence and logic.
If people used an evidence based system to prove their claims, then many ongoing conflicts could be resolved. Of course, that would require for people to acknowledge their ignorance and maybe even their unworthiness of what they seek. And I don't think mankind is intellectually evolved enough to do that.

People become mad due to religion and politics.People think that their God will be pleased if unbelievers are killed on behalf of God This makes even virtuous people think that religion is the opium of man and better be dispensed with for the betterment of humanity..Major killings in the world have taken place in the past either due to political problems or due to religious differences or a combination of both. All political wars are fought with the objective of bringing lasting peace to the people affected according to the sponsors. All religious wars are fought due to fear of domination and oppression and to keep their God well protected from unbelievers.

Yes all Governments should worry us. The four false religions were accomplished by raising a lot of war and a great deal of killing, supposedly in the name of the false religion. Why do it? Because false gods were toutint themselves, and they wanted to gain followers for power. They wanted tol overthrow the Great Spirit, the trueCreator .
Read it for yourself. Read Oahspes. Read about 900 pages of it. it will be the most intresting reading you ever did in your life and the most worthwhile.

This is about thousands of years of social programming, politics, religious beleifs, sexist beleifs, and if you examine the past you can pretty much figure out how we got to where we are today as a society.

People will find any reason to hurt each other. Mostly out of paranoia or fear. History is full of it. It is something that the human race needs to work on. ( I do not believe this will happen though .)

Religion, and the thought of salvation, gives people a feeling of superiority over others. When one feels superior, it makes it easier to kill another.
