What is 50% of $200? Another way of saying 50% is half.
Take that amount and add it to the $200 the collection was worth last year, and you have the value of the collection this year. You can do the arithmetic, and now you know how to solve this kind of problem.
Second one is the same thing. Do you know how many degrees there are in a circle? Take 60 percent of that amount and you will have the size of the sector showing the wins.
To find 60% you multiply 360 (the number of degrees in a circle) by .60 and don't forget to move the decimal point in the final answer.

Unless there's some trick, the coins should be worth $300.
200 x 1.5 = 300.
circle = 360 50% = 180, therefore 60% should be 216.

50% of $200 = $100 thus value today =$100+$200=$300
A circle contains 360 degrees so 60% of 360 = .6 x 360=216degrees

I endorse the answer of old_lady. Learn HOW to do it to arrive at the answer and don't just seek the answer.
I developed brief "extreme dislike" for my Chemistry teacher who said "The answer is correct but the method is wrong!" I used no mathematical formula, I just understood the question and solved it the way I knew it. But I couldn't say "there are a thousand ways of skinning a cat..." as a retort.
