your bladder is in front of you uterus, your intestines are behind it, they stay put but get squished. everything is above your uterus. when you get farther along everything gets pushed up. you can feel the top of your uterus. i'm not sure what you are feeling. baby, maybe?

What you're probably feeling is a layer of adipose tissue. Commonly known as fat. I'm not saying you're fat, it's just that everyone has a layer of adipose that covers us. The layer that covers our abdomen is usually thicker in women. And sometimes it can build up in certain places, and not build up in others. Which is how and why we get "rolls" of fat. It would definitely feel "squishy."

actually bladder is in front, intestines are behind and above is called a diaphram and then your lungs. you should notice that it is harder to breath and that you get worn out faster as you get farther along in your pregnancy.
