I think I have a pretty good sence of humor, but I find that guy to be embarrassing and crude beyond any stretch of the imagination. Im glad I have x.m. radio.

Quite a few years ago I worked at a place and one of my co-workers used to listen to Howard Stern and I just could not figure out why this guy is as popular as he is.I don,t think anything I heard was even remotely funny or entertaining at all, every one has different taste I know but I sure never understood how he go to be so popular.

I actually had the chance to meet him years ago at WWOR TV in New Jersey. It was back when he was doing his Summer Show on that station. He was very nice and cordial, but I've never liked his radio show. I recall listening in on occasion over the years, and it was like the same recording. Same subject matter, same everything. Glad he's off the public airwaves.

I think Howard Stern is ridiculous and therefore I don't listen to him. I think a lot of people here in America just like the perverted comedy that he regurgitates over the airwaves. Mancow is rediculous as well, and I used to listen to him, but I don't anymore.

I personally do not like his stuff. He switched to Sirius Satellite Radio several months ago - hoping to bring multitudes of listeners with him to it. That did not seem to happen, so I guess the answer is - Yes, some people do like Howard Stern, but - not as many as he might lead you to believe-!!

I think that money is his great motivator, I doubt he is really like that 24 hours a day. He figures that the ruder and the most crude he gets attention .... and money. If it wasn't for the money, I doubt he would say those things, he would be a regular Joe. He sells out respect and modesty for a buck. So sad.....

I agree with you.
Some people get a kick out of someone doing the forbidden. Unfortunately for him, he is about to run out of shock.

No. He's full of himself. He's not god because he has a big part of the music industry or whatever...And I don't know who would want to listen to him. IMO he only has a show because he's got money, it's not due to ratings...

He's pathetic and never listened to him. What he thought was funny was just pathetic and not funny. I hope he slips away and I never hear from him again. Loser.
