yes you can. You can woo-hoo in the dressing rooms. All you do is the command "try on outfit" and with the other sim click on the dressing room and woo-hoo should appear. Another place is the Photo booth baiscally you send one sim and with the other click on the photo booth and the command should come up. I believe though the photo booth is in an expansion pack, I honestly don't remember. And if you have the expansion pack (Night life) that has the car, you can have woo-hoo in the car. And then there's always the hottub. I think I covered them all, well enjoy the game!

Yeah, you can woo-hoo in the dressing rooms at clothes stores and in hot tubs X3.

ya in the hot tubs, elevators, beds, and somewhere else buut i forgot
the elevators are only in the open for business expansion

It depends what console you have.
For computer, I have no idea.
But for PS2 you can't.

you can "mess-around" in the hot tub, i wouldnt recomend it...*cough* lol
