every woman is different. i felt like i had bad pre-menstrual stuff going on. my boobs hurt and i was exhausted and of course very emotional. i felt more flu-like symptoms. i was only about 2-3 weeks along and didn't know i was pregnant until my friend said, hello you are pregnant! i had been so stressed about my honey going overseas and moving that i just thought it was from that. nope, i was pregnant!

Everybody is different... but mine started in a few short weeks.. every time I was pregnant, within 2 weeks I already started gagging on toothpaste.. I had to wait until noon to brush my teeth. That was always my clue that I was pregnant. And I have been pregnant 6 times, but before you all wonder how many kids I have.. I had 4 miscarriages..

At least 5 or 6 weeks (from the start of your last period). These symptoms often are identical to your PMS symptoms, so it's hard to distinguish. As far as "changes," you won't notice anything other than nausea (unless you are lucky enough to escape it) for several weeks. The baby won't kick until around 17-23 weeks, and other than sick, you might notice breast changes (maybe a bit more extreme than normal PMS breast changes).

About 3 weeks. I didn't miss my period yet but I started get the bad metallic taste in my mouth and my breast were tender and I was really tired when I came home from work. They symptoms got much stronger the next week and the week after that, such as not wanting certain foods, gagging when brushing my teeth, occasional morning sickness, etc. Good luck!

I felt changes before I even missed a period. My mother in law actually suspected before it ever entered my mind. I had a huge problem with vomitting though, moreso than the regular woman, so I could be unique.

I knew I was pregnat bc I took the HPT the first day I expected my period!
My first change was not for another 10 days; my breasts went up two cups sizes in about two weeks!

Some people claim they know right away (I never did though). For me, it was probably around 5 - 6 weeks, when I started getting morning sickness.

but seriously i am a trained emt and you will notice that your pea starts to turn the pregancy test to say that its positive that you are pregnant....yah know what im gettinng at.

a month...you wont get your period..........your boobs will hurt most likely too
