nnot that i want to do this but it has had me puzzled for years, can women who get breast implants breast feed there children?

Yes. My cousin has breast implants and she breastfed her daughter. Way back in the day before they perfected boob jobs there was some difficulty but now they can do it with affecting milk production.

It depends on the type of implant and the way the surgery was done. Some women can and some women can't

NO! There is too much scar damage and there is the risk of leakage.

Yes they can...I had a friend who had implants and could still breastfeed. I seen it happen!
