Somewhat, but its not a catastrophe. They have three very good backups (Kolby Smith, George Stripling, & Anthony Allan). Smith & Stripling both averaged over 5 yards a carry last year. None of those guys are as physical as Bush, however if they work in tandem then U of L still has a good running game.

Also, its pretty obvious that U of L & West Virginia are the class of the Big East, so its basically a question of who wins that game. The winner gets a BCS Bowl, the loser gets the Gator Bowl.

not very much, Louisville was a great football team with Michael Bush, but now that they dont have him, they know they have to step up... so i believe that they will answer the call and be an all around good football team
