my best friend invited my second boy friend to my party at my house. and my first boy friend was invited by me. they both have to come to the party.

I hope you are not after a ‘sympathetic’ response, because you aren’t going to get one from me !
It sounds like there is a lot of ‘dishonesty’ in your relationships, and that it is finally starting to catch up with you.
You mentioned that they both have to come to the party… Why do they???
It is your party… Do you not have a say as to who goes there?
The way I see it, you have a decision to make.
You either dump one of the boyfriends… or you risk losing the two of them!!!
Decide which boyfriend you want the most, then contact the other one and tell him that you don’t want him as your boyfriend any more, and that you do not want him at your party.
If it turns out that you lose both of your boyfriends, then let it be a lesson to you.
If you cheat in your relationships, you will face the consequences!!!

Postpone that party asap, and when you decide to re-schedule it make sure you only have one boyfriend. Otherwise things could get ugly and you just may end up with no boyfriend at all.
