you can call woman's shelter near you they help with stuff like this they have loads of people who can help..
you can also get intouch with child protective services and ask them how to handle this..and let them know that you want to put this person away..

You can email them and ask them for help..they should have good resources...
If you are a child they will help, and also make it stop..you do not deserve this..and you do have rights..you have to start somewhere..even if you are not a child these people will help you

there are victims of crime centres that have trained counsellors that will list and help. If you have evidence they will help you tell the police and once they have investigated the should lay charges. It is all about evidence that will stand up in court not hear say. Still go and get counselling and help.

Walk into the station and talk with someone. They will listen, specially about that, no matter what your age!
