Neither 'Slick Willy' nor 'Dubya' are EVER going to win a Nobel -- for ANYTHING!! Neither one has done anything WORTHY of a Nobel, nor are they likely to. Both are far too self-centered to be rewarded for selflessness. Further, neither has done anything for the advancement of humanity.

The year they have a Nobel Prize for Moronic Warmongers making Billions for their Friends. They'll retire the prize after he wins it as no one could ever come close to the job he has done.
