wait until september 14th.

On that day, Nintendo of America will hold a press conference and will give the final details regarding the wii. Expect to learn the final price of the wii (rumored to be less than $250), the price of the game, the launch date, the launch line-up.

It should be a fun system to have and with a kick-*** new Zelda!!

Although Nintendo has not yet announced a release date yet, most people think that it will be out by mid November just in time for the holiday rush, the price should be between 225-250 bucks for the system. As far as the Wii outselling either the PS3 or the 360 i must say that you are wrong, the Wii is an ok system but it lack the power(graphics) and games that the other two systems have. The PS3 and 360 are both 512 bits and the Wii is half of that, plus the PS3 and 360 have so many more options then the Wii as well as having much more adult games then the Wii. So the Wii will sell to teens and kids, but most hardcore gamers will go with either the ps3 or the 360.

If you glance over at gamespy: http://wii.gamespy.com/wii/need-for-speed-carbon/728632p1.html

You can see at the top it says Release Date: Wii Launch - November 2006
