I didn't feel nausea until I was 6 weeks along.
I waited until I was 10 days late (I didn't want to be disappointed by a false negative). I would say that if you are pregnant, it would probably show up on a test by now. I used First Response Early.
Good luck to you, in getting the result you want (positive or negative) :)

Check the package directions on the home pregnancy test you plan to take. Some can be taken earlier than others. Your LMP
of July 23 has you at 6.1 weeks today (if you have regular, 28 day cycles). I beleive any of the over-the-counter pregnancy tests should be accurate for you.
I hope you get the answer you want.

*disclaimer* I have no medical experience and I'm not a female so I'm unable to share my own experiences.
I have a friend who is a RN and recently became pregnant so she's said a few things to me in conversation. Everyone experiences the early stages of pregnacy differently, some experience horrible sickness while others are fine.
I'd go buy a home test, check it out. If that turns up positive, go see your doctor. If you're not pregant, I'd suggest using birth control / condoms...

Yes, you should take one now. It has been more than a month.
A test will show positive 10 days after conception.
Just because you are not nauseated doesn't mean that you are not pregnant. I didn't have any symptoms of pregnancy with my first child.
Go to the Dr. or take a home pregnancy test!

Honey, you are over a month late you need to take a test or go to the doctor or both. Just because you aren't nauseous doesn't mean that your not pregnant. I would suggest an E.P.T (the Error Proof Test) it works great!

I took a pregnancy test about 2 days after I should have started my period and that was enough to get the results.
I say go ahead and take one.

get a test.. how old are you anyway? and i recommend first response, they are always accurate and it tells you 5 days sooner coz it detects some hormone or something..
