Some people are born without the desirable spirit. They are depressed. This makes their thinking sluggish, their morale low. If they won the lottery their morale would be raised only temporarily. The slightest setback can trigger this depression. To say they can just pull themselves out of it is the height of ignorance and lack of knowledge of how the human mind works. Although they never reach the potential of their mental an physical ability because of the weight of the anchor they do not now how to commit suicide before their reproductive years so evolution sadly does not reduce depression in the human race.

In my case, I am a 41 year old gay man who was married for 17 years. Now at 41, it is a little late to find a new love in my life and I am not exactly the stunning prize I once was. I have an ex wife who hates me and about a year ago, I lost my job.

Some people are born into something they would not choose. Most problems are hard to get out of because of people's decisions. Your having fun because you haven't tasted the real world out there. Be very careful with your life because some things carry a heavy price.

Perhaps is mostly the result of spending too much time thinking about themselves and their life's situation...self pity enters in there somewhere too.
