Usually midcycle so if you would ovulate about 15-16 days after the start of your period. Do not use this as birth control as sperm can live for a day or two. If you are trying to get pregnant you can buy an ovulation predictor kit.

Woment ovulate every 28 days then have a period unless pregnant or have some other health issue.
