If I masterbate at night in bed then I fall asleep. Otherwise I can do it in the morning before work and there is no problem. I've done it during the middle of the day while working and still had a full day. And then come home done it again and then make dinner. Of course I washed my hands first.

i dont think so infact i think their energies get revived n i think if they do it they can give better time to their partner or spouse coz they wont be in a hurry to releive themselves n they wont be thinking of just their pleasure so i think they feel relaxed n good about them selves
